VIRTUOSO AMS-HF SILICON ANALYSIS


 Virtuoso® Analog/Mixed-signal High Frequency (AMS-HF) Silicon Analysis is part of the design verification suite of tools within the Virtuoso custom design platform. It provides all of the capabilities to verify that a physical layout meets manufacturing rules and matches the intended schematic. It extracts parasitic resistance, capacitance, and inductance values from a layout for use in circuit simulations. It also analyzes power nets in analog layouts to reduce the risk of failures due to IR drop, as well as power and signal nets to detect risk of electromigration failures.
